# Quickstart

> Set up Stacks for your personal use in less than two minutes

    Stacks starts with the browser extension. Head to the browser extension store and download the extension for your
    browser. Once you have the extension installed, you can start capturing and organizing information on the web.

        Install the Chrome extension for any Chromium-based browser like Brave, Edge, or Vivaldi and proceed to the
        next step.

  <Step title="Sign up for Stacks">
    Once you have the extension installed, sign up for Stacks using your email address. You can also sign up using
    your Google account. Open your extension and click on the sign-up button to create your account.

    [Import your bookmarks](https://app.betterstacks.com/import) to Stacks if you have bookmarks saved in your
    browser.

    Alternatively open the extension and click on the
    import bookmarks button to import your bookmarks to Stacks.
